Now Accepting Applications for ISP/Tobin Center Competition Policy Fellowship 2021-22

The ISP/Tobin Center Competition Policy Resident Fellowship at Yale Law School is designed for recent graduates of law or Ph.D. programs interested in competition policy for the digital economy. We specifically encourage applicants interested in regulation of digital platforms, and those working on projects related to competition and regulation of operating systems and online platforms for communication, e-commerce, and app distribution.

Applicants must have completed their J.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree prior to the beginning of the fellowship. Resident Fellows are expected to be present in the ISP/Tobin Center facilities three full days per week, contribute to ISP/Tobin Center research and publications, and to coordinate ISP/Tobin Center programming. ISP Resident fellows are strongly urged to reside in the New Haven area.

The Resident Fellowships normally begin on July 1 and last for one year; fellows in residence may apply for a second year of support. Fellows receive a salary of USD 53,760  per year plus Yale benefits, a travel stipend, and work space.

Applications for funded Resident Fellowships will be considered on a rolling basis and must be must be received no later than May 31, 2021. Applications for self-funded Resident Fellowships are accepted on a rolling basis without deadline. More info here.
